The role of a Recruitment Consultant:
Recruitment is a highly rewarding and fast-paced industry. It will offer you a highly varied and challenging role where no two days are the same. You will focus on promoting the services of Leap29 in proactively brining onboard new business and building and developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You will utilise various methods of sourcing candidates from writing creative adverts for both internal and external websites, gaining referrals from existing candidates and head hunting.
