Chef de Partie required for this popular Michelin Starred Dining Pub / Restaurant. The Multi Michelin Starred Chef Patron is Looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join their friendly team.
The Chef Patron was Classically trained under many ?Famous Chefs and has held several Michelin Stars as Head Chef including his current one which he has held for the last 3 Years. His Style is unpretentious Modern British with a few ?Cheffy twists but is routed in getting the maximum flavour from the best ingredients sourced locally and Nationally throughout the seasons.
As Chef de Partie you would be expected to run at least one section and have a basic understanding of at least 2 other sections. Chef will happily develop the right candidate and give personal training in and out of daily service Good technical knowledge combined with Passion to achieve the best will compensate for any gaps in your knowledge.
