In Brief
This outstanding engineering consultancy is looking for a new Director of their Structural Engineering division. They offer a global team of experts with over 150 years of experience in a full range of design services. They are passionate about their people and this is a great opportunity for a Senior Structural Engineer to further their career and become a future leader.

The Role
As a technical Director working in rail (bridges and civil structures) you will be expected to assist and promote the growth of the team. You will compliment and existing team of 45 to deliver and lead the work within the rail sector providing clear technical designs and business direction.
You will need to have drive and determination whilst having good communication and risk awareness. You will be leading staff as well as working closely with other directors to deliver the respective objectives in accordance with the UK team strategy.

The Successful Candidate
The successful Director will have the following:-
- Member or fellow of ICE or IStructE
- Be Chartered
- Have Previous experience of Bridges and Civil Structures
- Experience in Marketing and business development
