Our client is an established and respected private practice that has experienced healthy growth in last 2 years. As part of this successful growth and development, our client is seeking to hire a Practice Director who will be responsible for shaping the continued expansion of the financial services team.
A Successful Candidate must have:
-- Fully Qualified accounting designation
-- Interpersonal skills and people management is a necessity
-- Communication skills
-- Insights into WIP/Billing systems as well and experience doing time/expense billing
-- Knowledge and hands-on practice with change management and its implementation
-- Experience at a private practice firm as a financial controller or director where responsibility for revenue targets and other various functions were held
As Practice Director, you will take responsibility for shaping overall strategy for new and current service offerings as well as the continued growth of the business.
