NQ Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Cardiff

iNQ Commercial Litigation Solicitor is sought to join this leading Law Firm in Cardiff.
The role will involve complex Title Rectification, Fraud, Banking and Professional Negligence matters. You will join the firms Litigation Unit which deals with all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution for an unrivalled client list of banks, lenders and other financial institutions.
The emphasis of this role is on complex problem solving and litigation for very demanding repeat clients. The work is intellectually challenging but focused on a discrete sector so a high degree of expertise can be developed. You will require strong academic ability, excellent communication skills and a willingness to work under pressure.
Previous experience of this work type is not essential but you will have sat at least one litigation seat as a trainee. You will have a basic grounding in litigation practice and procedures; show good communication skills and be committed with tact and sound judgment.
You must be a team player as the role will require a close working relationship with immediate colleagues and the wider department.
