THE ROLE
The role involves dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone to provide advice on a broad range of financial products including; personal loans, current/savings accounts, general insurances, credit cards and protection products. In addition you will be responsible for recognising sales opportunities on mortgage and investment products. This is a target driven role in which you will carry out financial reviews with customers in order to develop rapport and establish their needs. You will be required to provide ongoing coaching and support to the cashiers within the branch to ensure they are providing sales leads and appointments.

EXPERIENCE

You will have a proven sales track record and pride yourself on your ability to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Applicants from telecommunications and travel industry may also be considered for this role, however you must be able to provide evidence of your sales achievements to date,
