As the Assistant Manager of this restaurant, deli & retail concept you will be responsible for supporting the Management team motivating and developing the team within this busy food led environment. You will be working for one of the most respected operators within the industry who have built a fantastic reputation on providing fresh, authentic high quality food served in convivial environments by dedicated & highly trained staff.
You will-
*be a strong, hard-working and enthusiastic Assistant Manager who has a genuine passion for delivering the highest standards of food & service
* be able to demonstrate your leadership and motivational skills and your ability to successfully promote the business within a competitive market place
* have gained previous, recent relevant experience at Assistant Manager or Supervisory level, preferably within a high quality branded operation
