Employment Trainer/Solicitor - Cardiff
Employment Trainer/Solicitor is sought to join this Law Firm in Cardiff.
You will be 1+ PQE Solicitor with training experience, good presentation skills and possible some PSL research experience.
Then successful candidate work with the firms clients and handle presentations on employment matters to their managers/directors. You will also be responsible for organising/conducting training sessions in HR matters. These presentations can be in various locations so the role will entail some travel and possible overnight stays.
You will need to have excellent presentation and client relationship skills, together with an excellent knowledge of employment law. You will have the ability to hold your own when challenged and be able to deal with Q&A sessions.
The role will also involve fee earning - probably a 50/50 split.
