The successful applicant will take over the management of a successful office of 7 consultants and a strong P&L. With your knowledge and experience in the industrial and driving recruitment market, you will know the areas to target, be able to negotiate at a senior level and be innovative with your candidate attraction and retention plans. You should also be a strong man-manager with the ability to coach and mentor consultants and bring out the best in them.
