Planner - Main Contractor - Manchester
An experienced Planner is required to join this main contractor to work on educational new build projects up to the value of £25M. Based in Manchester you will work with the pre-construction team in order to plan from the first principles.
You will be involved with meeting with the client from the first stages and must have a thorough understanding of the build sequence, the recourses needed and the output necessary. You will be using Microsoft Project software in order to produce the master build programme and be responsible for liaising with Project managers and the construction team.

The ideal candidate will have worked for mainstream contractors and have worked their way up with solid companies. A formal qualification in a relevant subject would be advantageous but the right experience is more essential.
