Commercial Property Solicitor is sought to join this highly reputable private practice in Central London.
The successful candidate will will work in the firms successful Projects team. The role will specialise in site acquisition and development projects for RSLs and may also include some commercial leasing. You will cover a full range of property related legal issues from giving advice on section 106s, development agreements, conditional contracts and potential title problems through to legal completion. Previous site acquisition and development experience is essential.
You will also be required to supervise other Fee Earners in the team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established firm and may well suit a property lawyer with good provincial firm experience looking for a move to a city practice.
