The role:   

Working in an established team currently focusing on both temporary and permanent recruitment in the Basingstoke area, your role will encompass:   
New business development
Contacting lapsed clients to re-establish excellent working relationships
Full recruitment life cycle from taking initial brief, arranging face to face client meetings and taking detailed vacancy briefs
Sourcing, attracting and interviewing suitable candidates to ensure a constant flow of outstanding permanent applicants
Working in an established team as a key team member, active in branch meetings and contributing creative ideas
Overall responsibility for running your own "desk" as though it were your own business
Managing the recruitment of up to Part Qualified acccountancy personnel
The person:
Ideally of graduate calibre, you will have a minimum of 12 months Recruitment Consultant experience or a strong background in business to business sales
Previous work experience will include business to business sales / telesales
Ideally of graduate calibre
You will be a car owner with a full clean driving licence
