The role is a high volume Telephone support position, providing 1st and 2nd line high level Technical support towards security products including firewalls, VPN, intrusion detection/ prevention, email/ web security into their Managed services. Prior experience in the pre-mentioned technologies would be of preference however candidates from a desktop support (active directory, server, exchange) / networking (ccna) background (1st/2nd) background with security exposure will be considered.
