Small Business Manager/Director
£60,000 - £70,000 basic salary. 40% Bonus.

My client is a market-leading Change Management/Learning and Development organisation. Due to increased growth they are looking to expand their client team in several areas.
A major focus will be the bringing on board of an experienced sales professional to head up their small business division. The successful candidate will have significant experience selling services into SMEs with at least some experience of managing a sales team. You will possess an excellent track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Being educated to degree level (or equivalent) is highly desirable as is a working knowledge of the learning and development space. My client is also particularly interested in candidates with events/conferencing sales experience.
