SOUS CHEF, £24000, HAMPSHIRE This 2AA Rosette/3*hotel located in the heart of Hampshire is looking for a Sous Chef to join their small team, be in charge of the kitchen on head chefs days off and maintain the accolades. The hotel features a 50-cover fine-dining restaurant, a lounge and bar as well as private dining rooms and can seat up to 80 people in total for C&B. An ideal candidate for this Sous Chef role should have at least 1AA Rosette background. However, if you are an experienced Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef looking for a step up or a Sous Chef seeking a salary rise and you work in the kitchen which does not have accolades but all the dishes are made from scratch using only fresh and (whenever possible) local produce this position will suit you too. The basic salary for a Sous Chef is £24000. There are tips shared in between the staff and accommodation provided in a staff house just across the road charged £40/week.
