PASTRY CHEF, £23000, NORTH WALES
This AA rosetted 4 red star hotel is looking for a Pastry Chef to join their team of 9 chefs. You will be entirely in charge of the pastry section and responsible for developing a Commis Pastry. The hotel features a 70-cover fine-dining restaurant and a lounge / bar with formal dining rooms.
An ideal candidate for this Head Pastry Chef role should have relevant experience working in at least 1AA Rosette venues.
However, if you are an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie looking for a step up or a Pastry Chef seeking a salary rise and you work in the kitchen which does not have accolades but all the dishes are made from scratch using only fresh and (whenever possible) local produce this position will suit you too.
The basic salary for a Pastry Chef is £23000. There are tips shared in between the staff and accommodation provided in a staff house.
