This luxury hotel is looking for a Chef de Partie (team of 11 chefs) who can help maintain 3AA Rosette and is keen to push for more accolades. The hotel features a 60-cover fine-dining restaurant and private dining rooms, which could seat up to 120 people.
An ideal candidate for this Chef de Partie role should have 2AA Rosette background and higher. However, if you are a Demi Chef looking for a step up or you currently hold more senior position and would like to step down into higher standard venue this role may suit you too. As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for running a section and supervising more junior chefs. Accommodation is provided.
The basic salary for this Chef de Partie role is £18000 plus tips.
