This luxury hotel is looking for a Junior Sous Chef (team of 7 chefs) who has the potential and is keen to work in 3AA Rosette environment as they are pushing for their 3rd accolade. The hotel features a 40-cover fine-dining restaurant and private dining rooms, which could seat up to 80 people.
An ideal candidate for this Junior Sous Chef role should have 2AA Rosette background. However, if you are an experienced Chef de Partie from 2AA Rosette establishment looking for a step up or a Sous Chef seeking a step down into higher standard venue this role may suit you too. Accommodation is provided.
The basic salary for a Junior Sous Chef is £19000 plus tips.
