Deputy Management Couple - Oxfordshire - £25,000 + self contained live-in accommodation
This is an excellent opportunity for a couple with some restaurant, bar, and kitchen experience to join an established hotel in a deputy management couple role. You will support the overall management couple, will receive training and development, and as the company expands will be encouraged to to take a general management couples position as the company expands.
Deputy management couple applicants for the position will need:
To ideally be currently working together.
Bar, restaurant, and ideally kitchen experience.
Good customer service skills.
Good supervisory / man-management skills.
Some experience managing budgets and costs.
Responsibilities for the deputy management couple will include:
Deputising for the general management couple in their absence.
Supervising the team, rotas & training.
Running shifts.
Ordering and control of stocks.
Maintaining standards of service and presentation.
Being trained up and developed to take your own operation.
