Part Time Team Manager

This is great opportunity to work for a leading retail organisation, who are taking massive steps to becoming the leader in its field.
They are looking for individuals with extensive customer service experience, who will be responsible for the effective management of a team providing front-line services to its customers on a part time basis.
KEY SKILLS
* Minimum 6 months experience at Team Leader level
* Come from a Call/Contact Centre background.
* Experienced people manager, performance management, including coaching, motivating and leading a team.
* Ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure
