Job Responsbilities:
·To manage pre-designed or design and install contracts from initial order to final account and to see that they are carried out efficiently and to the Companys standards.
·Plan, programme and organise the activities associated with the management and engineering of projects allocated to you and agree resources required.
·Obtain and review all information to enable drawings to be prepared, equipment and materials procured so that installation can proceed efficiently and economically.
·Provide adequate information (drawings, schedules, details, instructions, etc) to site at the appropriate time.
·Negotiate and procure equipment and sub-contracts on the most economical terms in accordance with or better than the criteria set at the project launch and to the agreed timescale requirements.
·Ensure that all information is issued to site and/or surveyors to enable the works to be accurately valued (for monthly applications and variations).
