TELEMARKETING VENDOR MANAGER South East London £35,000 - £40,000 + Great Benefits You will build relationships with and effectively manage a key supplier in order to facilitate continuous improvement in service delivery and cost. YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: -- Vendor or Supplier Management experience -- Considerable knowledge and experience in FSA regulations -- Experience in General Insurance -- Experience of managing either an outbound telemarketing centre or managing third party agencies IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING: -- Strong communication skills -- Analytical skills -- Time management - ability to handle multiple priorities, organise work and meet deadlines -- Strong administrative skills ROLE INFORMATION: Managing a variety of third party outsourced providers, you will drive their performance to ensure service quality, sales conversions, back office accuracy and value for money/cost reduction. Building and negotiating strong supplier relationships, you will also work with procurement on contracts and tenders in areas outside of call centre including Print Services, Operations and Fulfilment.
