Role My client is seeking an experienced HR Manager that is enthusiastic and energetic and willing to spend a good amount of time field based. You must be able to set up and manage the recruitment of all new employees, to run assessment days, to monitor all staff files, managing the payroll, create the systems needed for the legal side of business and ensure the workplaces adhere to these, hold appraisals with all levels of staff, develop and deliver the training in the business. The Client This is a newly formed company therefore whatever you do will make a difference. They are focused on providing the best products, delivered in the most professional yet relaxed manner, in fabulous surroundings. This is the beginning of a fantastic and fun journey. The Person You have to have passion for the role and the business. You must be prepared to spend a lot of time in the field delivering training as well as running the HR. You must be experienced in the field but dont have to have CIPD. You must want to help revolutionise a business and start from scratch.
