Job Profile: This is an Inbound Customer Service Representative position working in an exciting environment within the UKs largest blue chip insurance company. As a customer service representative, you will be responding to a diverse range of customer calls regarding life policies, investments and pensions. The purpose of your role will be to deliver the highest level of service to complex customer queries and pass any potential leads over to the centralised sales team. The role has set objectives to meet and you will be rewarded with an increase in salary for achieving and exceeding these objectives through the structured development programme. There are also opportunities to develop your career within man management or through formal training and coaching towards professional qualifications. Location: You will benefit from working in central Bristol close to the new Cabot Circus development and next to Temple Meads train station.
