You will act as a Lead Designer on water and wastewater projects responsible for planning, managing and delivery of the design elements of the projects, either individually or as part of a project team on major commissions. You will be capable of working on your own initiative, with minimal supervision and must be able to take on significant elements of the detailed mechanical design personally. Integrated team working with various design disciplines, clients, contractors and suppliers will be a major element of the role. Opportunities exist for developing technical skills and gaining increased responsibility for planning and managing delivery of projects in a supportive and learning environment. Mechanical - Clean & Waste Non-Infrastructure ( Treatment Plant / Pumping Systems ) Minimum qualifications BSc/BEng qualified in the stated discipline. Chartered Engineer and Member of a relevant institution (e.g. MIMechE, MCIWEM) or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum experience Experience in the stated discipline is required, the majority of this experience must have been in the UK Water Industry. Salary range Up to £42K depending on qualifications and experience, plus non-contributory pension and 23 days annual leave in addition to statutory holidays.
