An excellent opportunity have arisen for a Quantity Surveyor with one of the leading civil engineering contractors in Scotland. They are looking for a candidate to lead a number of multi-million pound projects after recently winning a number of civil engineering in the Edinburgh area
The role will mainly involve working on highways, nuclear power, bridges, Airports valued from £3 million ranging up to £15 Million. The company have won a major contract with BAA at Edinburgh & Aberdeen airport which involves a wide range of civil engineering projects.
Minimal travel will be involved within this role although there will be site visits locally and once a month to Aberdeen. This is a fantastic role for someone who is looking climb the career ladder to a senior level in the next year.
The salary on offer is in the region of £32-38,000 + package.
