JUNIOR SOUS CHEF, FINE DINING DIRECTORS DINING, MONDAY-FRIDAY, £21,000 We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef to work for a ?flag ship? contract catering company in the City of London. As Junior Sous, would be responsible for the Day to day running the kitchen under the guidance of the Exec Chef, providing a high quality, fine dining, bespoke catering service to managing directors in 7 dining rooms and a Michelin star standard la carte restaurant up to 50 covers and including function rooms can total 100 extra covers plus hospitality averaging 80 covers daily and events up to 100 incorporating working lunches, fork buffets and canapé parties. The ideal Junior Sous Chef for this role should be able to control of food consistency, work in a high pressure client operation and able to maintain a safe, professional and pleasant working environment for all members of the brigade. The ideal Junior Sous Chef candidate for this role will have a broad level of experience ranging from 2AA - 1* Michelin, 5* hotel banqueting operations or a similar ?top level flag ship? contract catering site.
