This is a market leader with an internationally esteemed and recognised brand; they recruit within the IT sector offering both permanent and contract staffing solutions to their large and diverse client base.
The Right Person
We are looking for passionate and dedicated recruiters with 12 months or more recruitment experience, it is essential that as a recruiter you have experience of sales as well as account management, and can identify and win new business opportunities. Youll be looking to join a leading recruitment organisation and will be looking for long term career progression and development.
The Role
Consultants will join an established and growing office based in Leeds, focusing on the recruitment of either temp or perm personnel into the IT sector. Recruiters will have the opportunity to be completely in control of the full recruitment life-cycle and will be encouraged and supported in developing new opportunities, managing key accounts and building business relationships in the local market. Consultants are encouraged to build and manage their own portfolio of business and will report into the Branch Manager, working alongside a team of established recruiters.
