You will require...
At least two years Store Manager Experience.
The ability to work under pressure.
The drive to succeed and be the best.
The ability to work to budgets, and control them whilst leading and coaching a team of 100 people.
Great communication skills.
The ability to work under your own initiative whilst managing your own work load and that of the team of Managers working for you.
