Position
-- Senior Quantity Surveyor
-- Working on a whole spectrum of projects ranging from new build, NHS, civils.
-- Based within the Manchester office with opportunities of re-location
-- The consultancy is winning a number of large projects nationwide.

The Candidate
-- Ideally have PQS experience
-- Experience on the new builds
-- Ideally they would be RICS qualified or working towards it, however not essential.

Benefits
-- Salary between £40k-£45k
-- 5%-10% Pension
