Quality Engineer. My client are leading manufacturers of Medical Devices within the Pharmaceutical Industry. They are looking to urgently recruit a Quality Engineer (Projects) to be based at their Wiltshire location. OBJECTIVES OF JOB: To work in project teams responsible for all activities dealing with validation, statistical assessment of data.To ensure regulatory requirements are met and that internal procedures are worked to and these activities give added value to the product.To hand over to a Quality Engineer (Manufacturing) a full and complete quality documentation system. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for activities within project plans are completed fully to agreed timescales and within budget. - Writing validation protocols and reports. - Organise and coordinate the activities of Technicians. - Compiling Quality Plans as part of overall project plans. - For contributing to the site audit plan. TASKS: - Detailing testing required, sample sizes and frequencies. - Creating the required controlled documentation and structures. - Carry out the validation of processes, products and designs. - Assessment of data for presentation with conclusions and recommendations. - Carrying out internal and supplier audits. TRAINING & EDUCATION - A level standard of education - Training in statistical techniques - Knowledge of validation methods EXPERIENCE - Worked in a Quality Department with an understanding of quality systems. - Worked in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry for a minimum of 3 years. This role is 8am - 4pm and carries an excellent salary and benefits package
