Insurance Business Analyst with e-commerce experience is required by our client based in London, (nr Southwark Bridge and within a few minutes walk of Cannon St and Mansion House stations as well as the transport hub of Bank Station).
Working closely with the business (insurance brokerage) and their e-commerce development teams, you will play a key role in analysing, defining and shaping their online presence in respect of new business quotations and acceptances, later moving on to allow additional functionality to support other areas of the business - always mindful of the customer experience, making their site easy and intuitive to use.
To be considered for this role you will have previous insurance industry experience combined with strong Business Analysis skills. Demonstrable experience of working in an e-commerce environment or for an organisation with a strong internet presence is desirable - as a minimum you must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the Internet and the impact it has on business. Excellent communication skills are also essential for this role - engaging with users and senior level management to drive the solution through to completion.
