3rd Line Network and Security Consultant ?? West London - 30-40k

Technical 3rd Line Support Engineer required to join highly focused and progressive IT Service provider in west London. You will be supporting clients remotely and face to face - frequent travel to client sites throughout London. The 2nd/3rd line Network Support Engineer must have experience of the following

-- Solid Cisco Experience including troubleshooting, network design and consultation.
-- Proven external client support experience working within a consultancy or outsourcing business
-- Excellent time management and organisational skills
-- Strong communication skills as this role involves speaking with 3rd party vendors
-- Working knowledge of hardware to include:
-- Faultfinding
-- Diagnostics
-- Problem Resolution
-- Sound network knowledge
-- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues Analytical thinking Prioritisation of workload Works well under pressure
-- Excellent Microsoft product knowledge including Windows 2003, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007, SQL Server, ISA Server
