Our client is a highly respected law firm based in Kent. They are currently looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor for their Private Client Department. The position entails working with a Senior Partner, two Conveyancers and three support staff.
The main duties include:
-- Preparation of mirror and discretionary Trust Wills
-- Trusts
-- Probate
-- Administration of estate including IHT, CGT, Income Tax, Estate Accounts, EPAs, Court of Protection and Power of Attorney.
The ideal candidate will be highly experienced with Private Clients, be able to work with minimum supervision and able to develop their own caseload.
Applicants without the desired experience will be unsuccessful. This position requires Private Client experience.
