Working for a leading worldwide manufacturer of electric heating and domestic appliances. You will be working in the Customer Help Centre, receiving and dealing with incoming calls from customers regarding fault or repair queries they have. You will be providing technical advice aiming to resolve the issue at first point of contact. You will be required to work within a fast paced environment resolving queries personally, when possible, within a timely manner whilst delivering the highest level of customer service. Also a winner of the North West Contact Centre Awards. A great company to work for with excellent prospects.
