My client is a National Recruitment company that works across a number of recruitment sectors. Day to day you will be communicating with candidates and clients and working toward successful placements, you will meet with clients and will be responsible for your own business development and sales. YOU WILL BE:
A Graduate, Fresh out of University, if you have gained some commercial experience this would be advantageous but not essential
OR
An individual with 6 months+ business to business sales experience
AND ALSO:
A Good communicator, able to speak with professional people over the telephone and face to face
A Hard worker- prepared to put in the work and hours to be a success
Confident to speak your mind
Target and Money driven- this will incentivise you to keep going!
THE PACKAGE:
An excellent benefits package is in place to include; a basic salary of ₤18,000, plus 10% commission, 25 days holiday, fuel card, pension, free lunch and there is further scope to work toward a company vehicle within your first 12 months. As well as this excellent benefits package, during your first 6 months you will undergo one of the most comprehensive and in depth training courses in the industry today.
