A position has become available within a large dealership in Gloucestershire for a Sales controller/Business Manager this would be the first step into management. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate skills that show you are capable of selling financial products, able to manage a team of sales executives and be able to achieve results whist maximising profit within the dealership.
This is a rewarding role and will stand the correct candidate in good stead for future management positions. Experience within the automotive sales industry is paramount along with an excellent understanding of the motor industry and the structure within.
