An excellent opportunity has arisen in one of our highly regarded insurance companies in the east; they are looking for a Recoveries Manager, to manage a team in Swansea and Bexhill
The role includes participating in market bodies and representing the group externally.
Candidates should be experienced in producing monthly MI packs, for the claims development manager, and should have a sound knowledge subrogation.
Successful candidates will come from an insurance claims background performing a technical role and will have experience in recoveries.
Must be highly confident, poised and self driven to motivate teams, promoting change and development and providing a strong performance.
