To meet their ambitious growth plans, they are looking to recruit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to work in their Nottingham office for the Health and Education team.
JOB TITLE: Quantity Surveyor (Education and/or Health)
SALARY: £32k-£38k
LOCATION: Nottingham
PACKAGE: Excellent
The successful candidate will be working for either the BSF (Building Schools for the Future) technical team, or on NHS LIFT projects. You will provide a range of Quantity Surveying duties from project inception through to completion, have a sound knowledge of sustainability issues, life cycling costing and risk and value management.
Valuing ambition coupled with experience, the company are looking for the successful candidate to be seeking a long term career move and ultimately looking to develop your talents for you to rapidly progress to the next level.
You should have a BSc in Quantity Surveying and/or a member of RICS or equivalent, be willing to continue career development through the companys structured training programme, have good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively.
