To meet their ambitious growth plans, they are looking to recruit an ambitious Managing Surveyor to work out of their London Office, with significant time spent at their clients sites throughout London.
JOB TITLE: Managing Quantity Surveyor (Rail)
SALARY: £55k-£65k
LOCATION: London

Part of their Transport and Infrastructure team, you will work on a high profile, long term, Rail project. You should be seeking a long term career move as the successful candidate will become a key player within the company.
You will take a lead role in QS activities for our Rail client and manage other Quantity Surveyors working on the project; spend some time on-site in a client facing capacity; and have a sound working knowledge of sustainability issues, life cycle costing and risk and value management.
You should have a BSc in Quantity Surveying and/or a member of RICS or equivalent, a strong sense of ambition and be looking to progress within the company to a more senior level, backed up by strong performance, great interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively.
