You will be leading a team of 6 to 8 Consultants with a hands on approach to achieve branch gross net profitability.   You should be a natural sales person maximising on every opportunity. You will be dealing with clients at all levels to provide the best customer service. You should be a natural motivator, that enjoys coaching and mentoring your team for best results.
Ideally you should have a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience. You should be ready to take a step to a key player and be a good performing temp Consultant ready to take the next important step in your career. You should be smart, articulate and a good communicator and take a pride in your job.
In return my client offers a very competitive package with a salary of around £26,000 depending on experience, car allowance, 25 days holiday, private health care and pension plus the opportunity to benefit from the best training in the business.
