This well established recruiter has seen massive growth over the past 2 years after continued success. As a result my client is looking to recruit experienced recruitment professionals who want to experience the buzz of a thriving office employing over 20 Consultants.
You will not be expected to start your own desk from scratch; you will be entering a business with an established client and candidate base. It will be your responsibility to grow your desk by attracting new quality candidates by using innovative approaches in a very candidate driven sector.
To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate a consistent level of high achievement in Medical recruitment sales. You will have first rate communication skills as rapport building with candidates will be key in this very competitive market.
