THE ROLE

Join the worlds largest bank as a customer service/sales advisor and improve your career dramatically. This role is initially taking inbound telephone calls from new and existing customers. It requires drive, ambition and first class customer service skills at all times. You will be advising customers on motor insurance policies and quotes, and assisting them in making the right choice for their insurance needs.
Full training is given, no experience necessary although previous customer service experience is desired.
Candidates are required to have a good level of computer knowledge.
