This is an international recruitment consultancy with an office in the heart of Manchester. The company is well established and historically has grown organically over the years, but now has a rare opportunity for a senior consultant to join and fast track to management level. The role will specialise in senior level interim recruitment in the Accountancy and Finance market.
The Right Person
It is essential that you are an established temporary or contract recruiter within the accountancy and finance sector, you will be looking for a new challenge and will want to stamp your mark on this exciting opportunity. Youll need to be highly personable, credible and reliable and will have the confidence to operate at a senior level in recruitment. Youll possess excellent negotiation and sales skills and will be confident at presenting your creative ideas to others with real passion! You also wont be afraid of hard work, which will be rewarded with a hugely generous commission package, a top level basic and excellent incentives!
The Role
This is a fantastic role that will see the successful consultant joining a well established consultancy in Manchester, now ready to launch an interim division based on the huge success of their permanent accountancy & finance recruitment business. The role will initially focus on the North West and will recruit Qualified Accountants into various interim contracts. Working closely with the existing permanent teams there will be numerous opportunities to cross sell the interim staffing solution to a very well established client and candidate base. The company has a huge market presence and will ensure that the launch of the interim division is fully advertised, with superb marketing tools readily available. Once established this role will step up a level to Managing Consultant, enabling you to recruit a consultant to manage and develop (and start earning on their billings too!) them, following this the next step is Manager, the timescales of these promotions purely depend on the success of the launch and can offer a fast-tracked career opportunity!
