Leading specialist Insurance Brokers; have a unique role due to natural organic growth.
Experienced commercial account handler required, who will operate in an Account Handler role for 9/12 months whilst developing an understanding of bespoke specialist products - at the end of this period the company will train the individual as an account executive combining the account handler role with that of an executive - over the following two years they will progress to full Account Executive status.

They will have to be good as at the end of the 9 months they will need to have shown themselves as more able than existing account handlers who will also be keen to be given the opportunity to take on Account Executive duties.

Only someone with general commercial combined or commercial package insurance experience will be able to assume this role - candidates with only personal lines or specialised commercial disciplines (e.g. Liability/Professional Indemnity) will not be suitable.

Also anyone who currently operates in an account executive role will have to convince us that they will be happy to operate as an Account handler for the foreseeable future.
