We require experienced motor/motorcycle insurance staff for telesales roles with good basic salaries and On Target Earnings of £25,000 PA. However, the earning potential here is uncapped - The Skys the Limit!
The role will involve receiving inbound calls, or contacting Internet based leads, from potential customers requiring a quotation for insurance. They will be required to sell the insurance, building rapport with the customer and closing the sale.
We require previous motor or motorcycle insurance experience, a proven sales record and a desire for high earnings and a challenge. They will need excellent rapport building skills and must be able to work in a target driven environment. Experience within a personal lines brokerage and / or misys experience is an advantage but not essential.
