The Role
To be the General Manager of a trendy style bar in South West London. You will be responsible for the complete management of the business in order to maintain the highest standards and performance against people , profit , presentation , product and promotion.
You will be expected to grow the business while controlling the labour costs. The role involves the general manager taking accountability of all things financial so experience is needed in this area.
The Person
The qualities that my client looks for is someone that has great drive, motivation and passion for the brand. You must be able to grow and progress the team around you. You must also be able to identify and manage the recruitment needs.
