The Opportunity
One of our most successful clients is looking to add to their Operations team due to there on going expansion plans and continued increase in sales in 2008. They are renowned for developing the most ambitious individuals in the hospitality business, nurturing and supporting them and giving individuals the opportunities to continue their progression into an operational or Head Office role . As Operations Manager you will be inspiring up to 15 sites to deliver results by empowering the teams at all levels and giving them the support and coaching to exceed their own expectations. What makes this company unique is that you are given the tools and support to ensure that all in your area shine. Although you will have a competitive streak your inspirational leadership style and ability to communicate at all levels will mean you will continue to develop within this role. You will be expected to challenge the business so as it continues to go from strength to strength. A people culture is essential for this company to succeed and you will be involved in special projects and decision making.
Who were looking for
You will have a minimum of three years Operations Management experience within a high volume organisation and:

-- Manage through motivating, supporting and giving ownership to your team
-- Thrive from being in a challenging environment
-- A passion for guest service that is second to none
-- Be comfortable dealing with individuals at all levels.

The Rewards
A starting salary of £45,000 - £50,000 plus Bonus, Car, Laptop, Phone and continued development and support within this exciting company.
