My client a leading consultancy is in need of a Project Risk Management Consultant. You will be identifying business opportunities, developing customer relationships and executing work programmes within the project risk management consultancy business.
You have a degree level education in Engineering or equivalent. Recent experience of leading significant project teams during the development and implementation of risk management strategies within the Ministry of Defences SMART acquisition framework. A good understanding and track record of formal project risk assessment and reduction techniques as applied to complex defence acquisition programmes (including risk identification, analysis and reduction, mitigation planning, risk registers, three point estimating, risk maturity modelling) is essential. Experience of direct liaison with senior stakeholders and customers (both Ministry of Defence and defence contractors). Ability to develop new business propositions in project risk and opportunity management. You must have a full UK driving licence required and Security clearance for defence related projects.
