Our client is a £200m manufacturing business and is seeking to appoint an exceptional finance manger to look after 3 businesses with a turnover of £70m. You will report to the Finance Director and lead a team of 8. You will be tasked initially to upgrade the IT system and have full responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the finance functions in each of the business units. On an on-going basis you will ensure that systems and procedures of best practice are developed and adhered to and as part of the senior management team you will develop the strategic direction of the business focusing on operational excellence and also reporting to the Board on the business units performance.
The successful applicant will be qualified, have the drive and energy to work in a complex multi-sited operation.
